• Check-in from 3:00 p.m. and check-out until 12:00 (noon).
• A deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance is paid before or upon arrival.
• A refundable security deposit of $150,000 COP is requested and returned at the end of the stay if there is no damage or missing items.
• Accommodation rates include the cleaning fee.
• Experiences (spa, chef, transport) and menu consumption are quoted separately.
• Cancellations: rescheduling or refunds depend on how far in advance you notify us; check with your advisor.
• Maximum capacity per stay as booked; additional visitors must be authorized in advance.
• We protect nature and everyone's rest: quiet hours at night and respect for common areas.
